Basics:
- Diseases up on the target at all times.
- Use your death runes on Death Strike,
- 80% of the time you can get by with spamming death stike
- Blood boil / death and decay for AoE threat.
- Blood boil can be used to refresh your diseases
- Rune strike is your runic power dump
- Your major defensive cooldowns:
- Icebound fortitude
- Vampiric blood
- Dancing rune weapon
- Army of the dead
Under level 82 or so this becomes a lot weirder:
Just spam blood boil, it’s like AoE chaos bolt.
