Nah man they hit like once a week, don’t matter the occasion. They’re opportunistic though, and that’s why WoD launch was so bad. That’s why everyone had to sit in queues all day, that’s why people literally transferred to lower pop servers just so they could play at all lol.
Even if the employees were there they can’t do anything about it besides reinstate server queues lol. We already got BNET queues goin’.
Yeah, the kind of people you need to deal w/ this have call rotations and 24-hour coverage. They’re probably already on it.
