My god, thank you Owen Jones for speaking out like this. They’re totally erasing the homophobic nature of this attack. Thank you Owen for fighting the use of ‘lunatic’ and ‘mad’.
I’m also surprised he lasted so long, and I’m shocked that they treated his frustration as though he was a child.
To all cis, straight people – never let your voices do as these people are doing here. A lot of you are fantastic allies, but please watch this and see if it can help you be even better.
