I admit that sometimes, when we were closing and I’d already cleaned the McFlurry machine and people ordered them, I said it was down. They’re just a pain in the ass to properly make (it’s common for the machine to force the spoon to pop the bottom of the cup open bc it’s so fucked up), so people just hand mix it.
