I finished the beadwork, so they are done. I’m super sleepy now, but I promised adries that I would explain what I meant with the mindbenders.
on the left is my character Drove. She’s a pacifist, and rather goody two shoes. She’s blind in one eye, and basically if Selynth hadn’t found her she’d already be dead in a ditch somewhere (war is not kind to the feather headed). Selynth on the right is Adri’s character, who is an undead priest and an inquisitor. She questions those who are disloyal to Sylvannas, until she gets a confession. She’s very.. persuasive. We’re not real sure why she tolerates Drove, but she does.
I looked up canon about mindbenders and found.. nothin. So I’m derping and saying that since they’re repeatedly called ‘pets’, that there’s a pit full of little tentacley monsters that priests can go and tame, much like a hunter does (don’t worry, I’m not expecting ANYONE to follow this, I was being silly with it). But I had a great story running in my head of Sely taking Drove to get her first mindbender, and Drove *somehow* finding a broken one, that’s not dark and shadowy, but kind of albino and probably is pretty ineffectual. Queue lots of frustration from Selynth at this particular choice.
Plus I just wanted to draw pink tentacles. Don’t judge me.

Scelerata Coldshade, former Farstrider, now Death Knight. As snarky in death as he was in life. A surprisingly accurate marksman in spite of missing an eye and an inability to actually equip bows. Has a pet geist that likes to collect pebbles (appropriately named Pebblestalker).
Scel belongs to glitchysstorytime. I can only borrow him so long.
