Is this too many UV led’s in my UV led flashlight…?

The goal is to blind you if you look at it, right? That’s what I want???

What kind of UV are we talking here? Nightlight, sunburn, or skin cancer?

This is all the info I still have.

These are not the high power uv ones, those are scary strong and full spectrum and will melt off their plates if you don’t use a resistor. I grew some succulents in a box with those and they went crazy with the growth.

Fun! Here’s how you test without potentially damaging your eyes or skin: get green banana, put a piece of electrical tape on it, and expose it to the UV light for a few minutes. The next day, see how much it turned brown compared to the bit under the tape.

If it goes VERY BROWN, you may have a problem.

(honestly if the UV LEDs are in plastic enclosures, they’re not the cancer kind. Cancer UV will melt the plastic too, so they use quartz and metal instead. They might still sunburn you, though!)
