It’s past Tuesday, but after looking through your blog I wonder. What is Tevruden’s relationship with icyvvein’s Ro’liath?

The pithy answer is: They’re best friends that like fighting each other, but sometimes the armor comes off, and one of them has a collar and there’s dicks and Lantresor is in your mine, who knows?

The actual answer is they’re sparing partners and pretty intense competitors; they’re always trying to outdo one another. Infrequently there’s dicks. They’re not in any sort of romantic relationship; they have romantic relationships with others.

Like, for real. If you don’t enjoy Ashran as a zone, don’t. But don’t get your panties in a bundle because Blizzard is trying to fix it for the people who DO legitimately want to enjoy it. They will fix the imbalance too, if you guys make suggestions POLITELY.

There’s actually a very simple reason that people are complaining:

200 conquest adds up quick.

Then literally all they would have to do is yolo RBG to 1800.

That raises the cap past the Ashran bonus, takes like a week, and the 3 rbg wins a week can get you random conquest gear and look! Now you’re more geared than people who DID the Ashran bonus.

People that yolo up to 1800 and do Ashran now have both, and we’re back at we started.

As you’ve probably witnessed, on many servers Ashran had digressed into a situation where the two factions were avoiding any confrontation. One faction would complete the outer events while the other faction would kill the faction leader. This isn’t ideal, as the Horde and Alliance should be fighting more regularly in Ashran.

Recently, we made changes to the frequency of events and the time between battles in the middle road. After a boss is killed, the center lane will take 30 minutes to reset. We hope this encourages the team that just won the middle lane to venture off into the rest of the zone for a time before the fight begins anew. Furthermore, we hope that faction’s presence in the outer events will encourage the other faction to fight in the center lane a bit more, since winning the events is no longer a given.

We’ll continue to consider your constructive Ashran feedback and appreciate those of you providing it.

Huh I wonder why that is. I doubt it could be because nobody actually wants to participate in Ashran, and everyone is there just because its required to get 200 points worth of conquest.

Must be something else.

Ha ha so basically any server with an unbalanced horde/alliance ratio will have the stronger faction dominating all aspects of the island instead of giving the weaker still a chance to get conquest

Ah man that’s so rad.
