The trick w/ soloing Kazzak is that the mark makes you do ridiculous healing, so if you’re a geared enough tank you can basically heal through all his damage. Other people getting into combat w/ him means they end up getting the mark instead of the tank, which makes it harder.

Just smack him once at the end and get free loot.

Were you the lock? Its cool! RNG was on my side and I ended up getting the mark anyway.
