The look I wanted to achieve was something akin to a soldier’s coat, something more sombre and reserved. The flourish and symbols of office takes cues from Phoenix’s feather look, and slung from the hip are a chirurgeon’s toolkit. Something that a field medic might conceivably wear, or a decorated soldier’s dress uniform… with a heaping glaze of fantasy on top.
