speaking of tev’s swingin wiener… consider this: he actually has a massive carrion worm living in his pants. they have a mutual arrangement where he keeps the worm from danger by shielding it w/ his codpiece, and the worm helps him… well. maybe it’s a one-sided arrangement

Tev is a 7-foot tall hulking abomination. While I doubt the necromancers said “Hey we need him to have a giant dong” there was probably some spillover from whatever process turned into a 7 foot tall elf death knight.
