If you run Windows 7 and you have a typical Wacom device that occasionally stops functioning correctly where the only way you can get it to work again is to reboot or go into Task Manager and stop and restart the Wacom service, try this:

Open notepad.
Paste this: NET STOP WTabletServicePro & NET START WTabletServicePro
Save somewhere as Wacomreset.bat.

Now whenever the wacom driver stops working just double-click that bat file and it will fix the problem right away.

This might also work for Windows XP, Vista, or 8/8.1, but I’ve never tested it on those platforms.

mooot said depending on your tablet drivers you might need to use WTabletServiceCon instead.
