No, see, shitty people expect you to take the high road because it means they can get away with shitty behavior with little to no consequence. I will 100% hold people accountable for shitty behavior with zero remorse or pity or need to take some sort of moral higher ground; particularly for incredibly damaging things like unrepentant bigotry of any kind. I owe them no respect and kindness, much as they have given no respect nor kindness to others because they are different than them, and I will 100% be here for watching them suffer the way they’ve made others suffer.
