Ok, seriously. Why do artists portray orcs,
trolls and gnomes as traditionally handsome/attractive? In-game, most
trolls have larger noses and chins and orcs have really prominent brows
and jaws. Stop changing racial characteristics for your own fantasies.Tried to rebagel but it looks like tumblr ate it. (If I find two later on, will delete.)

That and no one EVER draws them in their actual posture. Oh no, all orcs and trolls must stand tall and straight and pretty! Even though they -don’t-. I almost want to point and say the artist isn’t very good (regardless of technical skill) because they appear to be incapable of diverging from human anatomy in any way. It’s the same reason knees on mermaids make me see red. A fish that is bent at a sharp 90 degree angle is a DEAD FISH.
