Fighting Lethon at the Emerald Dream portal in Darkshire.
It was a random pug, and we wiped a few times, then gave up. I never did get to kill one of the world bosses in vanilla.

I only recall that it was a race between guilds to try to reach the world dragons. if one guild wiped, they have to wait 10 minutes for the debuff to wear off (not cleansable. Another guild will jump in with attempt to defeat the world dragon.
the one world dragon with shadow forms was the hardest.
