It seems the Pearl x Garnet fusion shown off today at SDCC has been widely mistaken to be Sardonyx.
In an interview with Rebecca Sugar after the presentation, she cleared up the issue: “Oh, that wasn’t Sardonyx! No no, that was Citrine. We aren’t ready to show Sardonyx just yet.”
Spread the word, everyone! We at didyouknowstevenuniverse don’t like false information circling. No sir.
