tyrannical is still available, there are 4 pvp vendors in pandaria selling all the pandaria pvp sets ^^
Wait what? Where are they? WoWhead is listing the items as no longer available to players and I couldn’t find any vendors on the black ox wall or in the shrine. :|a

Wowhead says that because for a while in MoP the gear disappeared off the vendors for the Grievous and Prideful seasons. They added them back on in 6.0.
PvP gear sure is complicated.
