Pretty much. When it came out in MOP, the LFR was overrun with people making characters who didn’t properly know their heal rotation, tanks who didn’t understand how to tank, and DPS with poor rotations.

It doesn’t really help that the gear that you got was really shitty. I boosted another DK and my numbers were absolutely horrible, even though I knew how to play the class.
