Has Tevrun ever wanted to go back to the way things were before Arthas?
Nope, while he did not like being mind controlled by Arthas, Tevruden actually likes the power that comes from being a former herald of the Lich King.
Which brings up an interesting point, there is a possibility that if Arthas had said “Hey you’re pretty good; if you come back to the scourge we have full benefits and I’ll make you even more powerful than you were before.” Tev would have seriously considered it, and taken him up on that.
“Scourgelord Tevruden Dawnspear” has a nice ring to it, after all.

Before Tev was turned, what did he find most attractive in others? Has that changed at all? (Sorry if it’s been asked before!)
Tevruden mostly wanted someone that he could spend time with, back when he was alive. Even if it wasn’t doing anything but hiding under the covers in bed.
Now the thing he finds most attractive is combat prowess (big surprise, I know. He’s very combat motivated.) His former attraction isn’t gone, per se, it’s just a lot harder for him to interpret or express it.
