Ro’liath turned to the fellow knight, holding his coin pounch in a taloned gauntlet and seemingly studying it’s contents. Except there were none. He looked at Tevruden, offering a sheepish grin, “Got any uh, spare change?” He asked before turning his gaze back to the vendor whom was by now, tapping their foot.

“I’ll have three orders of the steak and the roast too, and don’t tell me what I can’t eat!” Ro’liath snarled, “I bet you I’ve got enough plague sitting in my gut to eat through anything,” He frowns some, watching the waiter with narrowed eyes before caving in, “Alright, bring me a platter of actual ones. Towered so high when you set it on the table I can’t see my friend here.” He points a thumb at Tevruden across from him.

Ro’liath turns to grin at the knight coyly, returning to their previous subject, “I’m not to keen on necromancy,” He waves a hand, “It doesn’t sit right with me, might sound silly but I still believe in the Light. Too bad it’s forsaken me.”

“They’re enchanted for—”  With a yelp the waiter finishes writing down their order and rushes away issuing a stream of “yes sirs” “right away sirs” and “please don’t murder me” as he leaves.

“I would not use it on the unwilling, but it does come in handy.” Tevruden nods to where the waiter disappeared. “It is fun to threaten to raise someone as one of us. Even if only as an idle threat.” He shrugs his shoulders “Not entirely most of us were former Light users, and raised unwillingly."

Ro’liath snorts back a laugh, nose wrinkling a bit as he watched Tevruden, “That’s just awful, but the threat does work. I just hope they don’t spit in our food for scaring that waiter.” He smirks.

He leans his chin onto his palm and drums his fingers against the hardwood surface eyeing the other knight precariously, “Sometimes I think, that even though I wouldn’t liked to become a Blood Knight… I am glad I didn’t. At least we’re allowed to pursue our own lives as long as it doesn’t sully the name or purpose of the Blade.” He purses his lips in thought.

"Plus I’m not sure how pure I could have lived as a Paladin. There are just some things a man doesn’t want to give up.”

“Even if they did, It would not be worse than anything Corpulous has served up. Considering how fast they hid in the kitchen, they are probably too scared to think of doing that anyway.”

The chair creeks again, as Tevruden leans back in it. Apparently they were really not made for anything his size. “It helps that the Ebon Blade has not had much to do since the fall of Arthas. Figuring out what the Ner’zhul of  Draenor knows about necromancy is the closest thing we have to a mission.”

Tevruden laughs, causing several other patrons to drop their silverware. “Given what I have heard, I do not think most paladins are giving anything up for ‘purity’.”

“Feh— Ner’zhul is a joke. If any type of reanimation magic is commendable I’d say the parasites the botani seem to manifest are the most effective.” Ro’liath glances towards the door the waiter ran through in his escape before sucking air through his teeth and looking back at Tevruden.

“You’re supposed to remain pure- at least when you’re in training, but everyone knows that Paladins probably travel more than anyone else.” Ro’liath snorts with a grin before chewing a piece of skin off of his bottom lip.

"What about you big guy? You’re like an impenetrable fortress both physically and emotionally. Got anyone you’re sweet on eh? Eh?” He leans on the table, obviously all too amused and nosy.

“The Botani are interesting, but apparently Ner’zhul might hold the key to some of the problems remaining in the North.” Tevruden shrugs. “Though not the standard kind of necromancy, I would not mind seeing the methods they Draenei used to encase souls in those vigilants.”

“That is what they say, but you know the living. They have all of these urges.” Tevruden waves a hand dismissively. “If I had 5 silver for every rumor I’ve heard…”

The giant death knight raises an eyebrow. “Feiyn has excellent combat prowess, and great ranged cover. I am not just sweet on her.”
