Feiyn’s influence on Tev is very subtle. Its not really anything she does purposefully but the constant exposure to positive emotion is what influences Tevruden.
As Tev is less influenced by the scourge brainwashing I’d say his actions would eventually tend toward what he was like before he died, though his innate nature is still that of a death knight.
