I don’t RP him as the wielder of Shadowmourne, no, but he does have an axe for a runeblade. Axes seem more appropriate for him than a sword does.
Shadowmourne is one of the best runeblade models in the game, so its usually what I have equipped on him in reference art.

From his sword being stolen and being forced to play with them, to them trying to feed him all the time because they thought he’s sick and thus needs to eat more because obviously, food makes everything better. I’m also sure at least a few girls had a crush on him.
The fact that Zul’dar and the rest found it hilarious and not once tried to shoo the kids away probably made it worse.
