My dumb ooc superfluous headcanon for this is that Thassarian knew Sir Thomas (the HH) before he went to Northrend with Arthas (all them Lordaeron peeps n peasants knew each other right?) and then also after HH was turned by Balnazzar and I guess Koltira’s jealous haha idk
Also Koltira’s like “dafuq are you doing” because afaik (and it would be my guess) they didn’t have Hallow’s End or pumpkin carving in Quel’thalas (pre-Scourge/Forsaken anyway)
