An RP deputy cannot properly impose their will without a runetazer, but they are not standard issue and must be earned. You must first construct your tazer by hand with the appropriate materials. Once this is complete, deputies must venture into the IC field and seek out anybody that dares make a trivial and easily-corrected timeline mistake in their MRP.
These people must be slaughtered.
With the blade of your vanquished enemy, a single rune is to be etched into the surface of your tazer. If they do not have a blade, use their bones. You will know it is ready for use in the field when it begins to glow and hum with the faint shrieks of trapped creative spirits.
