Oliver’s necromancers did not consider his genitalia essential to his function, so there was no need to place any spells on or divert any power to that area. All of his tattoos have the purpose of either animating him or controlling him. I won’t say anything against runejunk but I admit that I scratch my head when I see it because it just makes me imagine some necromancer hunched over and painstakingly etching intricate runes into a corpse’s genitals, whispering, “For the Scourge.”
(he’s totally used his eyes like headlights before though)
