On one hand:
This actually makes perfect sense given the Divine Bell incident.
All the other orcs succumbed to the sha-infestation and Garrosh was just like “WHATEVER.HELLSCREAM OUT!”
However:
I can’t reconcile this with the dungeon journal mechanics though.
