If you get injured while being tied to the horse, I find a (sober) healer.
If your horse injures itself while dragging you, I get to wield necromantic powers in a populated area while drunk.
That second one has the best mental image: Drunken death knight performing necromancy on an undead horse in the middle of Silvermoon.
