“I believe this person has a right to receive this service” is separable from “I believe this person has a right to offer this service.” Healthcare as a “right” does not necessitate any one individual provide it, rather, that someone does. This matters, because no specific individual being obligated to provide the service introduces the need for incentivization- that is, pay for the service.

I needed a new MRP picture for my Demon Hunter that actually showed his fangs and all of his tattoos so I tossed something together.
