Random fact about mister Bernard: back when he was alive, he used to love making little figurines and toys in his spare time – something he learned to do as a kid, constantly hanging around his aunt’s family workshop.

As an undead, it appears he still enjoys doing that, as it helps him to keep his mind off of things and relax – although now he found an odd use for his dark magic and sometimes makes tiny but very intricate ice figurines instead.

When will you stop being useless, Bernard.

You will make a whole lot of crap in your time. Some will be truly awful and some will be merely mediocre. And that is totally normal and totally fine and for the love of little green apples, just keep going, because that’s the only way I know to get to the good stuff eventually.

(I normally feel horribly egotistical mentioning my awards, but I think this counts as using that power for good.)

I was basically asked to draw in a sketchy-painty way, something I don’t usually do and am not that familiar with practice and experience-wise, but the customer insisted that I do it anyway. So I’m just suffering trying to do what I can’t really do. 

So that’s what they get. It’s not even the finished piece, but I may not post the finished one, so there.
