Isn’t the dragon’s head Onyxia’s? I could be wrong, but if this is the first war with Llane and Doomhammer, I don’t think it’d be there yet. But again I could be wrong and that be a different dragon. ^^;

It’s usually Nefarian’s head: 

Onyxia’s did the thing but no longer shows up in stormwind since they re-made it as a level 80 raid
