Release the Names! Character Name Reclamation Coming – World of Warcraft
With the upcoming Warlords of Draenor pre-patch (6.0.2), we will be releasing sidelined characters’ names back into the wild. Any characters that have not logged into the game since November 13, 2008 will have their names freed up, making them available to anyone creating a new character or using the paid Character Name Change service.
I do not think Arthas is going to be too much of a problem.
As Commander, I always get the top bunk.

I don’t think they quite have the NPC orientation worked out correctly.
Looks like they’ve removed the commendation badges for Wrath reps.

Remember that one time Blizzard just took Kel’thuzad’s room, put it in the middle of Winterspring and called it “a portal to Northrend”? (that gray void in the foreground is Sapphiron’s room. Can’t see the textures because we’re on the outside.)
