Not that it makes it much better but Katya Volskaya actually a business person. That’s why the map is called Volskaya Industries.
She is working with Talon tho but as the intro short shows and the Overwatch panel directly stated, she’s using them for her own purposes, and isn’t exactly loyal. (That’s probably why reaper and widowmaker were so annoyed with her)
Of course she does murder a lot of dudes during the intro short.
I’m holding off judgement until I see more of her actions.
