Well, if they used steel made with techniques that fit the time period, then it would probably be accurate, but if the materials or techniques were different, it could have, yes.

I got new armor for Tevruden and was lucky enough to be able to commission @saltmatey to draw Tev in it
Feiyn retried from adventuring and is now the proud owner of a hog farm out in Durotar. Tev visits occasionally.
Rumors have it that the “human” Tevruden is dating now is actually a black dragon in disguise. The last person to question Tevruden about this had a very hard landing in the ocean when he was thrown off Acherus.
(Dante decided to retire Feiyn and race changed her to the nightborne you see Tevrugos hanging around with now.)

Tev picks up a knife cursed to send the wielder into a murderous rampage
Acts completely fine and normal with it
Whoever had the knife is super confused and thinks it doesn’t work.
Tev: "Oh no, it is working fine, but I am always on a murderous rampage."
