Sounds familiar, sadly.
If the situation is the one I’m thinking of, the person in the screenshot was the shitlord. (and it fits like 100%) thus the yikes
insert-headers-and-footers domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early.
