The most draconic thing Teldoren wears is his weapon, which has a number of draconic runes on it. He normally deflects questions about them by saying something about getting it from the Wyrmrest Accord during the War in Northrend (which isn’t technically a lie its just that he doesn’t mention he happened to be acting as a representative of the Red Dragonflight at the time.)
