This is dumb as hell. This is the nuance we’re all talking about needing all the time. The reasonable, probably correct position is “tumblr likely employs people that are openly or closeted TERFs, knowingly or not,” and the conspiracy thinking version of that is “tumblr is secretly run by a ring of terfs who are buddy buddy with all the fascist blogs that keep ban-evading.”
It’s the difference between knowing that there are fascist and p*dophile politicians that use their power to get away with being evil, and thinking that it’s a big secret club that do all of this stuff together outside of the public eye
