I get tired of this particular point:
There’s no way to actually block a user. You can ignore them, and not see notifications they make and they won’t see your posts on their dash or be able to send non-anon asks. But that doesn’t stop them from going to your blog and seeing/liking/reblogging your posts from there.
If you think about this for a moment you’ll understand why it’s almost impossible for you to stop someone from seeing content you post on a public website.
- They check your logged in user? You can log out.
- They check the cookie that gets sent by the browser? Privacy mode.
- They check the IP address you’re coming from? There’s a Starbucks down the street that give you a whole new IP address. (not to mention open proxies, friend’s wifi, Tor, etc.)

So blizzard’s working on fixing the issue and I have 7 free days of gameplay. Go me. Hopefully there’s a patch soon. Cause apparently all Mac users are feeling the lag regardless of operating system.

From what I can tell it doesn’t really help, when I say ‘draw distance thing’ I mean it has to get really really small before it stops randomly lagging. Like indoors small.

I play WoW on a mac and I wasn’t quite sure what you were describing. But I hadn’t been able to play since Tuesday. So, today, when I finally got on, I saw it. Just these intermittent jitters. It’s definitely annoying.
Yeah it seems to have something to do with draw distance? But yeah the bug is something that started to happen after the 6.0.3 patch on tuesday.
