But the point of high elves is that they evolved to live in their environment, just like humans do. Maybe if they migrated to a much hotter area in Azeroth, like southern Kalimdor, they would have darker skin, but Quel’thalas is a moderate, sunny area, and as such their skin tone matches it.
are u tellin me this is a fantasy game where you can ride magic carpets and travel to different worlds and not a lot makes sense and anything is possible except for dark skinned elves bc ‘Quel’thalas ain’t that hot’? yeah alright buddy please move along
