Playing with the idea that because People still think of Death Knights as pariahs (and seriously, its not hard to blame them), so more diplomatic Death Knights take to trying their swords to their sheathe with runecloth. Just to project the idea of ‘my sword is bound, I’m not here to fight’… its something samurai used to do. Tie their swords with ‘peace knots’ to show they’re not looking for a battle. I know their culture isn’t based of RL samurai, but what do you think?
I really love this idea! It’s a small gesture, but if enough people understood it I could see it taking off a little bit of that edge people would have around them. Not entirely, but a good bit of assurance.
