With the exception of Indrenar and Liadrin, none of these characters actually made it to the ranks they represent. Sig and Ben were still years away from advancing and Captain Halira was just a siegebreaker at the time of her death, not an elite spellbreaker.
Things would’ve been much different had the Scourge not swept through Quel’thalas.
