Like I don’t want to say that this is amazingly progressive on blizzard’s part. This sort of thing should be all over the place while questing. However, it’s sure a heck of a lot more than the circumstantial gays in the Alliance shrine or a few lines in a readable item that most people would just vendor.
But then, I feel like the WoW community would still complain even if they did a quest chain on the level of Val’sharah with a non-heterosexual couple.
And wouldn’t you know it, they’re both “hot and sexy” girly girls; knowing Bliz, this probably isn’t a nod to the LGBT community so much as yet another instance of fetishizing gay women as something straight homophobic guys get off to. Wake me up when they have the balls to feature gay males, and not in the incredibly implicit, figurative way like in that romance novel in WoD.
Literally every night elf female in the game has the same proportions.
I am as salty as a person who’s worked in IT for a decade can get but idk how some of the people in the responses to this post get through life with all this negativity.
