deathknights sometimes remove and replace their limbs with better ones. some orcs have demon hands because they liked the claws. some bloodelfs have wings they ripped off a harpy or a demon. some deathknights just straight up add arms. so you can see a really tall troll frost dk coming at you with 6 arms wielding 6 diffrant weapons. all they need is a bodypart and some rune magic. maybe a dk needs to be faster? they replace their legs. more strength? bigger arms. etc.

Confirmed. Also I now have a really strong image of a death knight who turned themselves into a centaur so they could run faster. Just… top half of any player race, then the bottom half is one of those skeletal horses.
