I think at this point Imma call this done. Ser Kael, a paladin of the royal army, half elf/half troll, user of light and water magic, and an expert with sword and shield. He gets on Sloan’s case a lot about not having proper sword training and is pretty serious about his job.
He’s an avid follower of Charis of the Light, as are most of the paladins in the area, but he’s not so strict about it that he feels the need to convert anyone. He just does his good deeds and protects the kingdom. I’m feeling that he wasn’t always a follower of Charis, but some event in his life came as a sign that he needed to clean up his act.
I WANT to put some kind of design or symbol or something on the cloth part hanging from his belt but I don’t know what. For now it’ll just stay like this.

tmirai: I should be doing work but I needed a sketch break. I’m not into designing armor at all, nor do I care for drawing it, but I had been wanting to doodle Varhys’ armor. Being a Sunreaver, which means he’s as much warrior as he is mage, Varhys is not about wearing
I should be doing work but I needed a sketch break. I’m not into designing armor at all, nor do I care for drawing it, but I had been wanting to doodle Varhys’ armor. Being a Sunreaver, which means he’s as much warrior as he is mage, Varhys is not about wearing cloth robes. He prefers something durable, yet light enough to not impede his movements or casting. So he goes for leather rather than plate.
I based the design off of Tirisfal Regalia, which holds a super special nostalgic place in my heart. My first experiences raiding were in Karazhan on my friend’s priest, and I did get some Tier 4. But getting the Tier 5 drops doing TK and SSC on my mage was my very first experience of earning tier for my own character. I still have a lot of it in my bank. I did keep a bit of the Sunreaver armor aesthetics too.
fendition: Mm’not adorable.

Petition to ban old men from writing books just because they don’t know how to use an iPhone
Petition to have the youth in this country to actually educate themselves instead of spitting out some bullshit they read on some shitty post on facebook that’s untrue, and continues to spread like wildfire.
In 2012, young adults have set the record of completing both high school and college and are on course to become the most educated generation in America history. Maybe you should follow the example of ‘the youth in this country’ and do the same.
The same pattern shows up in SAT scores. The SAT reached its all-time high in 1963, when it tested the 1946 birth cohort (including such notables as Gilda Radner and Oliver Stone). Then it fell steeply for 17 straight years, hitting its all-time low in 1980, when it tested the 1963 cohort (Mike Myers, Quentin Tarantino). Ever since, the SAT has been gradually if haltingly on the rise, paralleling improvements in the NAEP. In 2005, teens born in 1988 scored better on the combined SAT than any teens born since 1956 – and better on the math SAT than any teens born since 1951.
