If you want art of your character:
- Commission an artist
- Draw it yourself
- ASK PERMISSION TO USE ART THAT ALREADY EXIST
- CREDIT THE ARTIST IF PERMISSION IS GIVEN (put the name on a visible place with a link to the artist)
- DO NOT USE ART WITHOUT PERMISSION AND DO NOT CLAIM IT AS YOURS
- DO NOT EDIT A PICTURE WITHOUT PERMISSION
Don’t be a fucking jerk, it’s not that hard.
So I thought I’d reblog this because it’s happened with quite a few of my characters, and one in particular especially over the years, even when she’s not a belf. Just to let those who have done it, I don’t appreciate it and it really puts me down when you do it.
And whatever you do, don’t trace someone else’s picture.
