Currently for my own headcanon storyline Garmm is being held prisoner in Torghast like many others during the aftermath of the first assault the Ebon Blade and Heroes of Azeroth made going into the Maw. Dylan is currently searching for a way to get into this specific part of Torghast to rescue his brother.
