It occurs to me that after the one tabletop where Phyrexial (whom belongs to mrphyguy ) lost her arm due to some Arcane-explodey-shenanigans, she still hasn’t had it replaced.
So of course this leads me to believe the Phoenix Highguard does not, in fact, have appropriate medical insurance for those that are living impaired.
