Sanji was seven years old when it first started happening. While he was desperately trying to survive his father’s training and the assault of his brother’s ruthless attacks, he transformed.
It hurt, but within seconds his form morphed from a frightened child and into some sort of humanoid lamb. ((A side effect of the drug Sora took when she was pregnant.))
Sanji’s father was intrigued by this new ability at first and hoped it wouldmake his son useful, but Sanji’s brother’s proved otherwise. The young lamb was overpowered by his siblings and mocked about how pathetic and ugly he looked.
The rest of Sanji’s backstory is relatively the same, but with the added angst of this new ability.
