there is actually a horseshoe equivalent for cloven hooves that was (and still is very rarely?) used primarily for oxen!
They come in a pair to allow the foot to spread as it should but otherwise is like a horseshoe!
That said, most cloven hooved animals don’t need to be shod unless they are being used as draft animals like the oxen often used to be, and a tiny hoof like a deer’s hoof likely wouldn’t have the thickness needed to nail in a shoe, so some other solution would be needed!
But if you’re looking to add a heft to the kick of you cow-taur, look up oxen shoes!
