I caught the space shuttle launch once at sunset (from the other side of florida) and it was amazing
I drove down with my mom like 7-8 times to see ONE launch man. best thing in my fucking life.
I wish I’d heard one land – my fgrandmother who lived NEAR KSC said you could hear them break the soundbarrier EVERY TIME
Because they come in going faster then once they hit solid enough air or wheatever idk im drunk

Its true! They came in over Tampa at least once (I lived in Clearwater) and IIRC there was a pair of sonic booms that you could hear as it passed
