I’m gonna get very anime here but tbh I feel McCree is a lot like
Kenshin or Vash the Stampede. When you see him you’re just like ’???
This is the guy? He’s a complete dork. And then something happens and
you see him in combat and you’re like ‘Oh shit i totally underestimated
him they’re so fucked.’

I feel like the fandom has latched on to that first part and
completely ignored the second part.
