I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to realize, but… the Scourge has tailors. It has to, have you seen all the places you can find their crest? Banners everywhere. Plus, you’ve got to make robes for the cultists, and these aren’t shoddy robes, okay. There’s decent skill involved in making sure they’re distinguishable from the robes of other evil cults.
It’s such a mundane thing, I guess, but somewhere right now there’s probably a sewing circle of skeletons counting stitches and making sure the arms of the robes are equal length.
I bet they use bone needles.
